Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Due to the personal nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beard balm.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened or used beard care products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable content
  • Health and personal care items once opened

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email).
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account or credit card.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
